Chief Financial Officer Blaise Ingoglia Appoints Two to the Florida Healthy Kids Corporation Board of Directors
TALLAHASSEE, Fla. - Today, Chief Financial Officer (CFO) Blaise Ingoglia announced the appointment of Jillian Hasner and Brea Rasmussen Gelin to the Florida Healthy Kids Corporation Board of Directors.
Jillian Hasner
Hasner recently served as the President and CEO of Take Stock in Children, Florida’s leading nonprofit dedicated to mentoring low income, at-risk youth. Additionally, she has served on the Federal Judicial Nominating & Advising Commission, Citizens Property Insurance Corporation Board of Governors, and the boards of the Epilepsy Foundation of Florida and the Mizner Park Center for the Arts and Festival. Hasner is the First Lady of Florida Atlantic University, where she supports her husband, President Adam Hasner, in the university’s mission of student success. CFO Ingoglia has appointed Hasner as his designee to chair the board.
Brea Rasmussen Gelin
Gelin is the Florida Hospital Association Vice President of Hospital Finance. She leads and advises on state and federal funding issues impacting association hospital members’ financial operations. Gelin previously worked in the Executive Office of the Governor’s Office of Policy and Budget, where she served as a policy coordinator within the Health and Human Services Unit. Gelin earned her bachelor’s degree in political science and her master’s degree in public administration from Florida State University. CFO Ingoglia has appointed Gelin as a member of the board representing the Florida Hospital Association.

The Florida Healthy Kids Corporation is a nonprofit, public-private partnership created by the Florida Legislature to expand access to affordable, child-centered health insurance. The Corporation administers Florida Healthy Kids (healthykids.org), a comprehensive health and dental insurance program for Florida children from age 5 through the 19th birthday. The Corporation also provides marketing, customer services and administrative services for Florida KidCare.
